My name is Emily Daniel and I will be your instructor of U.S. Revolutionary Poetics: The Art of Resistance. I am a poet, writer, and Master of Fine Arts Candidate in Creative Writing at Western Michigan University. I live with my family in Kalamazoo.

I believe in the transformative power of poetry to heal, inspire action, and give us language when we are at a loss for words.
